Juan Salvador was born on October 2, 2009 in the city of Quilpué, Chile.
From an early age he began to show interest in percussion instruments and when he was 1 year old, himself armed a percussion set with a drum, a glockenspiel and a cymbal.
At 2 years old, his parents and grandparents bought him his first drum kit and it was from that moment, he didn´t stop playing any single day.
At age 5, Juan Salvador asks his parents to make his first concert, which was recorded in a home video that went viral, this was how many media and press get close to this small young artist to tell them his story of how he learned to play with his parents; even Nick Mason, the same Pink Floyd´s drummer, post Juan story on his personal twitter account, reaching international coverage.
Juan Salvador´s favorite bands are Genesis, Peter Gabriel, Phil Collins, Pink Floyd, Gotye, Steve Hackett, Steven Wilson and many others from the same style.
He still does not play live with their parents, except in informal presentations or family gatherings. Still, Juan Salvador maintains a constant study with them, in long improvisation sessions and musical experimentation.

Juan Salvador nació el 2 de Octubre de 2009 en la ciudad de Quilpué, Chile.
Desde muy temprana edad comenzó a mostrar interés por los instrumentos de percusión y fue así como al año de edad, el mismo se armó su primer set que contaba con un tambor, un metalófono y un platillo.
A los 2 años de edad sus padres y abuelos le compran su primera batería y fue desde ese momento que no dejó de tocar ningún solo día.
Al cumplir los 5 años de edad, Juan Salvador pide a sus padres hacer su primer concierto, el cual queda registrado en un video casero que se vuelve viral, es así como muchos medios de comunicación y prensa se acercan a este pequeño para que les cuente su historia de cómo había aprendido a tocar junto a sus padres; incluso el propio Nick Mason de Pink Floyd lo publica en su twitter personal, alcanzando una cobertura internacional.
Sus grupos favoritos son Genesis, Peter Gabriel, Phil Collins, Pink Floyd, Gotye, Steve Hackett, Steven Wilson y muchos otros del estilo.
Actualmente, el toca en vivo con sus padres como parte integral de la banda Kafod.
